National Solar complies with the Australian Consumer Rights & Guarantees rules for consumer protections.  Broadly, that means we will assist you to access a refund or replacement of parts where there is any manufacturing, delivery, warranty or consumer issues.  See the Australian minimum statutory warranty, you are entitled to regardless of product warranties.

See each of our Brand manufacturers’ brochures or online material for their warranty periods, which are usually between 5 and 10 years.

We may not be able to accept returns, or may charge a restocking fee for refunds where you simply change your mind about the product after purchase.
